We can’t rave enough about the great job New York Remodeling Corp. did in replacing our roof. The foreman, Isaias, was professional and a craftsman. The job was done on time and they did a nice job of cleaning up. David May, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and his proposal was right on the money and there were no hidden costs. We were very satisfied from the start to the finish of this project. David May was very patient with us as he went the extra mile to convince us. His crew was very thorough with the project and did an excellent job cleaning up every day. If you need work done on your house you do not have to look further then NYRC to do the work. As for price he told us that this was the cost and there was no additional costs added to project,
All I have to say is EXCELLENT WORK by Dave and his team. I had NYRC install siding on my 2 story colonial home as the paint on the home was looking rather terrible to say the least. Dave and his team were a pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end of the project. The entire team worked really well together and kept the project moving at a great pace while at the same time ensuring that all work was being done in a very professional manner. The siding was finished on time even though a day was lost to rain which would not have been a big deal on my end but definitely nice to see the team stick to the contract dates. I definitely plan on using NYRC for any future home remodels for sure. I do stay in contact with Dave from time to time whenever I have a quick DYI question and he always responds. Hire these guys and I am sure you will not be disappointed. I never give reviews however NYRC is deserving of one for the work that they did for me.
I can’t say enough good things about Dave May and his crew. They completed the job on time and on budget. Cleaned up after the work was done, and didn’t leave until we did a complete walk through of all the work that was done. I would hire them again. Great job, well done.
Truly professional returned my yard better then it was after cleaning up each day. Started every day on time. All information that was given to me was what was used. No surprises I would definitely refer and use them again
I blame Bob Villa, HGTV, The Property Bros., and Mike Holmes for my current state of affairs. Anyone can tear down a wall, you can Google, and you can YouTube. Sometimes you get it right and sometimes you can get in over your head. I needed this job to be finished, and I needed it fast. I do not have deep pockets, and I work 8.5 hours, 5 days a week. Lets face it logging on to these sites is kind of a cry for help. You hope your gonna find the right company for the job, get it done right and at a price that does not force you to sell your first born. If you are lucky enough to have Dave May of NYRC respond to your cry for help make sure that you hire him on the spot! Dave could see I needed help and I was in over my head. He did not take advantage of that. Dave and his crew were Fantastic! They finished my house with James Hardie siding and it looks GREAT! I liked Dave and his crew so much that I made them come back to do my roof: complete with all-new 5/8 sheathing, soffits, and gutters. I would definitely hire them again! One more thing, if you do hire NYRC make sure you buy the guys lunch, they are worth it!
David and his team did a great job repairing siding damage due to a fallen tree. They were punctual, courteous and efficient. Flawless work at a great price, we will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.
NYRC was a recommended installer for the siding I picked for my new construction detached garage. Their estimate was fair, and the follow up to start the job was quick put not pushy. Once the job was completed they cleaned up the work site better than it had been! And the work done was excellent and I’m happy every time I look at it. I will be hiring them again to do the siding on my house.
David did an excellent job at my mother’s home. He was patient in working with us on selecting the right product, did the work in the time expected, and right to the end we were thrilled because he was exceptionally neat and careful to clean up all debris. Without any hesitation I recommend NYRC when you are ready to replace your siding.
Dave the owner was great and gave us a lot of different options for our siding job. The workers showed up on time every day and always did a great job cleaning up. Workmanship was great and our house looks like new again!
David and company are amazing. Very meticulous and their work is amazing. I had my entire roof and gutters replaced and they did a fantastic job. Local too! I will be rehiring them for other work I need done. Very glad I found some guys I can trust.
I hired NYRC to install vinyl siding on my house. The work was done quickly and professionally. I was quite satisfied with both the quality of the work and price. Subsequently, I called NYRC to fix a hole in the siding that had been created by a crazed woodpecker, and, again, the work was done quickly, well and for a reasonable price. I also hired NYRC to replace the skylights on the roof and fix some problems with the roofing. Again, the work was done quickly, efficiently, effectively, and at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use NYRC for any other work that might be needed in the future.
We had our house resided with vinyl shakes. I could not have been happier with the process. David made sure we had the best price and was very easy to work with. He came after the job was complete to walk through and sent his crew back to make minor adjustments that he thought necessary. The crew was fantastic; very pleasant, very professional and did a superb job.
